1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use DentalClinic Pro. By using the platform, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of a clinic or healthcare entity.

2. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Use of the Software

DentalClinic Pro is provided solely for clinic management and administrative purposes. The platform must not be used for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance as per the selected plan.
• All payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Free Trial

A one-month free trial may be offered to new users. The free trial is intended for evaluation purposes only and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

• Ensure lawful collection and entry of patient data
• Obtain valid consent from patients as required by law
• Comply with medical, IT, and data protection laws
• Avoid misuse or unauthorized sharing of the platform

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). Clinics remain the owners of their data; DentalClinic Pro acts as a technology service provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with DentalClinic Pro are owned by the Company. Users are granted a limited license to use the platform and do not acquire ownership rights.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if users violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or misuse the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentalClinic Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DentalClinic Pro from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
