This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the subscription, cancellation, and refund terms for DentalClinic Pro, a cloud-based clinic management software. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Free Trial
DentalClinic Pro offers a 1-month free trial for new users. During the free trial period, users can explore all applicable features without any payment obligation.
Since no payment is collected during the free trial, no refunds apply for the trial period.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Once the free trial expires, users may choose to upgrade to a paid subscription plan (monthly or yearly). Subscription fees are charged in advance and are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial usage-based cancellations are supported.
4. Refund Policy
DentalClinic Pro follows a strict no-refund policy for paid subscriptions once the service has been activated.
- No refunds for monthly or yearly subscription fees.
- No refunds for unused time or partial usage.
- No refunds in case of early cancellation.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment deducted but service not activated
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame as per banking norms.
6. Plan Changes & Upgrades
Users may upgrade their subscription plan at any time. Plan downgrades, if applicable, will take effect from the next billing cycle.
7. Service Availability
DentalClinic Pro is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
